About the event
In a world where basic needs are too often out of reach for many, a movement
quietly stitching dignity and compassion into every seam has emerged. The
Pachamama Project, an inspiring grassroots charity, was born during the isolation of
the COVID-19 lockdown by then 20-year-old Bristol University Ella Lambert.
Struggling with painful periods herself, Ella was driven by empathy and purpose to
tackle a global issue too often ignored: period poverty.
